NABL Connect Community Guidelines

Thank you for being part of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (“NABL”) online community (“NABL Connect”). NABL Connect is provided as a service for the members of NABL. NABL Connect is intended to be a medium which allows members to solicit the advice of peers, benefit from their experience, and participate in ongoing conversations about relevant legal issues. To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we have established these guidelines (the “Guidelines”) for participation in the NABL Connect forum.

By joining and using NABL Connect, you agree that you have read and will follow the Guidelines as set forth below for participation in all online communities administrated by NABL. If you have any questions about NABL Connect, please contact Sabrina Kidwai, skidwai@nabl.org.

  • Participants are encouraged to use NABL Connect for professional and informational purposes to benefit their public finance practice.
  • Post only materials and information that are on topic and relevant to the particular NABL Connect community you are participating in.
  • Do not post personal or commercial messages. This includes, but is not limited to, job openings/opportunities, firm/business acquisitions, marketing or advertising materials, and well wishes to other members.
  • Differences of opinion are to be expected; however attacking others, especially in a personal manner, is not appropriate. In other words, be courteous.
  • Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive or illegal materials.

·       To the extent views expressed on a NABL Connect community are summarized outside of the NABL Connect community, no reference is to be made to specific community participants.

  • Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.

Please note carefully all items listed in the Legal Disclaimer section below.

In order to preserve a climate that encourages both civil and fruitful dialogue, NABL reserves the right, without cause, to remove content or suspend, or terminate a member’s participation in any or all NABL Connect communities.
